Level 4 Water Restriction

Water Restrictions have been upgraded to Level 4 (gold) at this time. The Water Plant is at half capacity. This means: No lawn watering, no bulk water (except for emergencies), Household use only. No watering of trees, shrubs, or gardens. Large irrigators, no watering is allowed. Fines will be imposed. Thank you!
